Welcome to the forum and well done on 7 days quit it will soon start to get easier as the first week is the worst

well done you! Keep going, I have read it gets easier now. I am only on day 6 so I can't say for sure! Reading the comments and gaining strength from others comments for my post have been the best form of support for quitting I have ever come across. Keep going!
