Keep putting one foot in front of the other and in 24 hrs time you'll be thinking, "Hmm, 4 days...doing ok, not as drastic as I thought"!

Well, maybe.......a fairly recent poll indicated that most of us, on reflection, think in those terms.

thanks you 2:Dmy daughter has joined me she is now on day 2 and like a bear with a sore head lol.but im really proud of her as she is 17 and a good future in front of her if she gets rid of nic while she is young:rolleyes:
