no smoking day

what are your plans for no smoking day on the 11th of march,,i have never been smoke free on that day before,,so do any of you do any thing different or what,,hope its not a silly thing to ask,,is there some thing we could all do on here togeter,,just a thought,,still keeping the faith tony,,

Well i used to avoid the day as if you could catch a life threatening disease from it. The irony. In fact it wouldn't surprise me if the nico demon didn't send subliminal messages to my hopelessly addicted mind on that particular day, saying " chain smoke all day, you know you want to" in protest.

This year, because I'm not out of the woods yet, i will be on guard and if all goes well, the next day i will congratulate myself on yet another smoke free day. Phew!

I have never had a smoke free no smoking day either I think it would be nice if all of us could do something but no idea what it was a day i always ignored before any ideas

The first time I ever tryed to quit and joined this site was. No smoking day 2007. here I am still here. Same shit diffrent day. HEHE
