Hello Fergus,

Glad you are still here on day two it`s best to think one day at a time at first, but the more days the easier it gets just be prepared for the surprise attacks.

Stick with it mate it is worth it in the end.

Thanks for the message, I am indeed proud. I feel kind of weird at the moment, like I am detached from myself and that everything I do is happening in another dimension. Not sure if that is a withdrawal symptom but it is not unpleasant in a funky sort of way...

Cheers

Morning Fergus

You will get all sorts of funny feelings along the way probably the body starting to heal I think I had loads at first not so bad now but still have times usually in the evening when I don't now what to do with my hands and get what I call twitchy fingers but absolutely no desire to smoke :D

Hang in there you will be fine

Not what you're looking for?
