Day 22, been around for a while checking out posts and that and am mighty impressed.

Thanks alot guys, ive been told i can take them for 3 months but really would like to get of them sooner, how long was you on them for Margareth?

I took them for about 8 weeks After about 6 cut I cut down to 1 a day then to Half of 1 a day but kept forgetting to take them so left them off and was fine I did keep what was left just in case but didn't need them so will take back to chemist I think it probably varies from person to person how long you need them for

My son Stuarth also used champix and I know he came off them after about 6 weeks He will no doubt be around to say well done in a day or so ask him the same question he won't mind

This may sound daft but I think your body will tell you when to cut down or come off them I know mine did onwards and upwards
