I've spent the last couple of weeks cutting down my smoking by half which wasn't very easy but I did it
Now decided that with effect from 4am on 11th Feb 2009, (When I smoked my LAST cigarette!) no more smoking for me, now gone over 14 hours without a cigarette, never gone this long before and so far it hasn't been too bad, get the urge for a cigarette every so often but I either find something to do or try ignoring the urge.
I'm not using any nicotine subs. prefer cold turkey, get it all out of my system in one foul swoop, be free of nicotine for the first time since I was 15.
