Well I have passed the 6 week mark and have zero cravings... I don't even really think about it that much anymore... Anyway... thanks to all for your awesome support and best of luck to each one of you.

I am leaving the forum at this point as I find reading about and posting to the smoking topics actually makes me want to smoke (one of the few times that I do think on it) and I usually do not...

You have been brilliant! Your posts have been supportive and inspirational. You will be missed but I fully understand your reason for leaving. I wish I didn't think about ciggies anymore. Well actually I don't think about ciggies all day but as my husband still smokes, I am reminded of them when I get home. That's where this forum comes in!

I actually feel the same way as you, don't get the urge to smoke at all now apart from when I am actually around someone who still smokes (hardly ever) or read about smoking, which is only on here! I like to look in now and again just to see how everyone else is doing though.
