This is my first post!

Please forgive me if I do anything wrong!!:confused:

I am on day five and it has been not to bad up until today. I feel like I just want to go to bed and hide.

I won't give in to the nagging though! If I can put up with the kids moaning at me for things I don't think Mr Nicotine stands a chance..............:rolleyes:

I do seem to be eating or picking at more food though so a few stone and a new set of clothes maybe part of my smoke free future!!!

Right on with the Housework.x :eek:

Hello Hev and welcome to the forum.

Well done 5 days already, The general advice given is to educate yourself as much as you can about nicotine addiction, the people on this forum will be happy to point you in the right direction, Any way keep up the good work.

We are (on the whole) a very forgiving lot, not that there is much you can do wrong, except start smoking again :D

As has been said read and understand more about nicotine addiction and you will find it an easier ride. Check out the links in my signature for more info particularly the 1st 2.

Try to regard quitting as positive experience gaining health wealth and control, rather than a sacrifice of some great pleasure.

Well done on getting to day 5 the first week is the worst so things will soon settle down and get better

Everyone on here will help and support you as much as we can Staron is right we all get told the same thing Read Read and then Read some more but it is true the more you learn the easier it becomes

As you read the post's on here you will find links to some really good sights read them I did they will help

If you are wondering why I don't recommend any that's easy I don't know how to get the link on

Welcome day 5 is great work the first week is the worse and you have almost done that. Things will start to improve a lot now honest.xxxxxx

welcome and thankyou for your recent reply to 1 of my posts. if u look back on my day 5 post u can see i was struggling to, day 5 can be a bugger, but before you know it it starts getting better. keep at it because it is well worth it in the end. good luck , we are always here to help and back you up, so dont think your alone
