Day 8 .............. I've done really well, but today I feel like smoking, for what reason I dont know......maybe I'm nervous of going to the dentist.

Thats my winge over and done with.

Hows everyone else getting on?

Winge away :D

Really whatever helps, just don't smoke.

It might be the dentist it might be that you are just having one of those days which are tougher than the rest.

Whatever it is the more you resist the temptation the easier it becomes next time, and as time goes by the fewer and fewer bad days you get.

Best wishes

Nic

Do you usually smoke before/after you've gone to the dentist?

If so, its probably a subconcious desire to smoke, you'll encounter many of these but as time goes on and you don't succumb they'll not exist for each thing you did where you might have smoked in the past!

Do you really want the dentist smelling dodgy tobacco breath?!:)
