16 weeks!

Well its a full 16 weeks and its getting better and better

I had my blood pressure taken today it was 110/65 That is amazing!! my blood pressure before was always around120-125/70-85 so thats a big improvement.

my pulse is 50 beats a minute before it was 75 so it just goes to show even smoking the small amount I did was doing harm
