Fantastic news getting to one calendar month.
It's really great putting distance between where we are now and where we once where

well done - every milestone is great , i day one week or a month or beyond . smoking is filthy and we all know it.. its great to be free...
1 whole month for me as well
yep good feeling to be a month down the road ...
still get the cravings but as this site sais time and time again..
you choose not to smoke ..that helps me out loads.
makes me feel that i can if i want to but having a free choice makes me strong enough to say no.
had a funny incident today i was talking to one of my staff member and we were discussing how nice this new cleaning agent smells and i said that it smells like a banana milk shake and like an idiot the smell was that good that i nearly took a sip.
we both cracked up laughing but within about 10 seconds my mate was wheezing and hacking and having trouble catching breath.
yep ...heavy smoker
but my breathing was well ..... normal
just amazing that 1 month and i can laugh without a wheezing attack.
