Thanks, folks, I still pop in for a nosy and occasionally post, but am really finding I think about the old smoking thing (and therefore the forum, sorry ) less and less.

Pity we can't change our username, as this most certainly is my "last try", and I have no intention of ever going back to where I was as a smoker.

Honestly, to those coming up behind me, if I can do it - so can you!
