Does anyone else remember..

Hello all,

hope all ae well, and enjoying another day as a non smoker. To be honest I ma finding my quit very easy now (touch wood), it only becomes hard on boozy nights out but I am finding I don't really want to be out drinking so much the whole self destructive scene I was into as a smoker now I find quite repellant, chain, smoking and drinking and all that, more likely to have a night in with veg soup and herbal tea (sad but true!!)

Anyways just had a flashback to my smoky days DOES ANYONE REMEMBER having to supress the urge to laugh at a party because you were smoking? I remember everynow and then I would end up laughing in the middle of inhaling a fag and have a horrible sensation in my throut, anyone else remember something like this.

It seems like a different person now!! So I can honestly say that I laugh more as a non smoker yay!!

Ouch... yes I remember that. Or coughing before exhaling...

Horrible.

But then, looking back on it now - almost everything about the habit was disgusting and horrible. So glad that I don't do that anymore!

I remember just trying to make the smoke come out of my nose when I inhaled. I thought it was sooooooo cool. Stoopid me.:eek:

I can honestly say that I've never, experienced that but I used to exhale through the nose anyway.

One thing that used to happen to me is hiccups, when smoking.
