Here we have it, today marks the end of my first 8 weeks of not smoking.
5 days until 2 calendar months.
I am very proud of this particular milestone because I have had some very challenging times over the last 10 days or so, and come through them. Anyone who has been reading the forum will know what has been going on.
However, today I feel fine - and it is only today that matters for the moment.
No cravings, no problems and I feel pretty good. OK, the leg hurts.... but I can ignore that for the moment.

My area of knowledge is very outdated, I grew up as a major geek, playing computer games on Spectrums and Amstrads, and eventually found that cracking the protection systems and mucking about with the code was often more challenging and entertaining than the game!
