Im on day 3 also. Not 2 many cravngs as yet. It seems to be getting less frequent dont you think? This nasal spray is gr8. Anyway must get some tidy done to keep my mind occupied.

I'm using the gum - but not often. I just find that keepin myself busy helps tackle good old nic.

Oh yes @ group! ood idea. Oh i decided to clear out all my kitchen cupbaord and huh i found a smoko. How bloody tempting is that. Ok a good old sniff of my spray and back to the cleaning! Let me know Phillip when you have a group lol.

Us men can do more then 1 task at any given time, therefore I can be a member of more then 1 group and still give each of my group members the same level of love and care
