Well, the big month is on the horizon now....Monday @ 11:30 - a whole bloody month! I seriously cannot wait. Thanks to all you guys who have read and contributed to my posts! They have been really helpful during the "down" times.
Have to say - last three days have not been the best and since dropping down on the patch to 14MG - the cravings have been immensely harsh - my resolve is not weakening - I just don't like the irratable person I am being at the moment - everyone is getting a dose.
I am seriously considering ditching the patches - I am at a stage whereas I just want the nicotine out of my body and if I am craving anyway - why have the patch! I will seriously consider not putting one on tomorrow morning. I have read somewhere about seitoum (sic) levels and that putting a 14mg patch is not enough to supply the minimum amount required - thus putting yourself in a constand state of withdrawal. Any thoughts on this.
Anyway - babbling on over - have a great weekend everyone.

Hi Chris Things should settle down again soon. If you are going to go CT the nico will take about 3/4 days to leave the body. So get over this patch drop and maybe instead of dropping next time Just leave them off altogether. You are doing the hard work not the patches. Good luck anyway. xxxx
I have just come off lozenges and found it wasn't really a problem, the physical nicotine withdrawal was very mild on the 1st day off and 2nd and today were basically non-existent. However, patches I have no experience of but I doubt there is much difference.
If you want to try without patches that do so, you can always put one on later.
