Hi All,

1 week. 4 days. going really well. not once have i been thinking about smoking

which is great its a lot easyer now because i know what to look at for.

and boy...do i keep looking

all the best to all the new one coming along and giving up old nick:eek:

we are here to help one another to kick old nick out of our life for ever........

just geting ready to go to dotcor's. cut my foot yesterday. can't get my

work boots on. see what he says. be back later.
