No Smoking Day

Hi everyone I am back - still smoke free but feeling the hayfever!!!! Still get sore throats etc. :D

Hardest part was our holiday why do the spanish make smoking look so cool .

I have been quit for 6 Months, 1 Week, 19 hours, 9 minutes and 42 seconds (191 days). I have saved £647.30 by not smoking 2,876 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Week, 2 Days, 23 hours and 40 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 23/02/2008 12:00

Great to see some people that have been quit for as long as you around!

Gives us people that are in the 1st couple of months something to aspire to.

I'm still smoke free too just don't seem to have the time with family illness to post a lot, well hardly at all. Was wondering where all the FM'ers were and how they were doing.
