Hi all,have,nt been around for about a week had my mum come over from Surrey,well i,m still not smoking and doing ok,still have my moments though especially when my kids stress me out,hope every one else is doing ok shaz

Thanks both,Linda it was lovely to see my mum again i took her every where,Barry Island,the Knapp,shopping,i think she had a wonderfull time,the hardest part was seeing her cry when i dropped her off at Cardiff bus station broke my heart,could have easerly smoked a fag at that point but just took a few deep breaths on the way back i was ok then.It took her nearly 8 hrs to get home though as there was a big smash on the m4 and had to go round Gloustershire,Anyways hope your coping ok speak soon shaz
