Also thank you to everyone else who took some time to celebrate me on my smoke free year anniversary! I was touched by your every message - this was such an important and much desired achievement, it was awesome to be able to celebrate it, especially with no slips or blips on the way up to this penthouse I was happy about my decision ever since the start and even in the early bad days I always felt liberated from a heavy burden, I wish everyone to feel the same on their way to the same goal because it truly is one hell of a better life, without smoke

This site was my home and my support for a long time and I'll never stop being grateful to it and the people who were always there for me. Last but not least, I owe a lot to Allen Carr as his book triggered my decision and fueled my optimism and strenght in ways I would never have dreamed possible.
