well starting to lost track of how many days ive quit its about 3 n half weeks, still going on strong, not as grumpy, its getting easier, hope your all doing well. well done everyone

wel done you, that's brill...:D

(don't want to be a party pooper...) but beware of complacency...the old devil can come bite you on the bum when you're least expecting him...and you need to be ready to kick him into touch at any time...

i've been quit 4 1/2 months and there are still occasions when I suddenly think "A cigarette would be great now":eek: it's easy to deal with these incidents but...just beware...

i know

i know that old nic can come back n try n get hold of me when ever he feels like, im been advised to stay on ma guard, which i am doing im just going on the here n knows n rite know i feel really good and positive, i have bad days where i need a fag still obviously but for knwo im doing well
