A colleague of mine at work has fallen off after quitting the same time as me on January 1st.

It was a gradual slip from the odd one socially to smoking every day.

As many times as i read from other posters, this has disturbed me more as I actually see this person.

Thought I would share this with you.

i have to say I am gutted!! :(

Sorry if i misled you guys.

I am not sad..........I think it's sad he stopped giving up and I am gutted for him.

I do however agree totally with Linda as it shows we are all mortal and just a tiny step away from going back.

I still have days where i miss it terribly, hard to explain after such a long time but very true.

This just shows that there is no way we can have "just the odd puff" or just smoke when we are drinking etc..

I blame you Gary, you should have helped him more......its YOUR fault he is smoking again!!!!!! you selfish sod, only thinking of yourself.....

NAHHHHHHH only kidding mate, your pal should have been posting on here and reading whyquit, then he may have been successful!!!!!!

Get him to start again and DONT follow him down that slippery road.

Not what you're looking for?
