day 19!!

Woop di doo!! I'm on day 19, thats nearly 3 weeks :eek: i cant believe how fast the time has gone.

Sorry i haven't been on much this week - been really busy with work, but I'm glad that I can concentrate on work rather than concentrating on having a fag!!

It feels so good to be a non-smoker - I feel so healthy. I have my niece and nephew up. We all went on our bikes today - I didnt feel out of breath at all. Now that's gotta be a sign lol!!

How is everyone else doing?

good to here from you i often wonder how ur gettin on its cos we quit at same time i think dont it feel great at the minute are you fiding it wasy at the minute or still hard ive had a few good days recently so im gettin there not caved once n not planning to either, glad ur still going strong keep up the good work philip
