Hi there

I am now on day 7 of quitting the evil ones. I have hardly slept a wink over the last week and I am absolutely knackered.

I am doing this cold turkey and pure willpower and thinking about the money I will save and have saved over the last week. This is spurring me on.

Here's to my second week fag free !!!

Great move Elaine and cold turkey works out ok after the initial shock to the system.

Just be sure you have done it for all the right reasons and you will be fine. It's pretty much a mind game which you have to win.

Get yourself a quitmeter on your desktop, they are free to download and chart your progress for you.

Other than that watch what you eat as if you are not careful you'll end up like some of the fatties on here who can hardly move now they are so big. :eek:
