three days off the NRT is a great step cos it means the worst of the Nicotine withdrawal is over. BUT be aware the mental withdrawal will still go on (it does get easier to deal with tho )

sorry to hear family not doing the right thing...I knew mine would be the same so I didn't tell anyone til about a month after I quit and most people not til 2 months.. At least people on this forum will support u...hope its still going well...
