quitting again

Over the last 20 years I have stopped on numerous occasions.

Lasting from a month to 4 years.

I quit in april 2006 and started running again as I used to run alot.

I run the Bungay marathon on the 6th april 2008, and for some stupid reason I started smoking on the 7th.

I am stopping as from this morning

I'm sure it isn't hopeless. You just need to look back on your previous quits and see what made you start smoking again. And avoid it.

I found posting on this forum and reading sites like

whyquit.com

helped me immensely in my quit. Get your head in the right place, stop smoking for YOU and you'll be fine. Pinky swear LOL

Good luck :D

Thanks for the support guys/girls

I think starting again was a case of 1 will not hurt me.

That 1 cig did no harm so another 1 will be ok, before I realised I was not just wanting a cig but I was needing 1

Not what you're looking for?
