yes i am

yeh im doing well at the end of day 10 pretty much doing ma cold turkey im usin the inhalator but only havin 1 or 2 puffs a day of it so dont knwo y im using it really, i just use it when i get really frustrated.

I think that the forum creates its own little groups i.e those that quit together stay together.

Newbies will sometimes gain confidence by looking at older members posts and advice

It's different to struggle through those awful first few days and weeks but before you know it, you'll be the ones giving the advice to the new "newbies"

Each group will produce its characters who will seem to post more.......

Some have more time or inclination . some (like me) will spend time just looking at the posts and gaining strength and support...

Well I suppose I don't really feel that "qualified" to offer advice to people who have been quit longer than me but I try to offer support and encouragement. After all we are all going through the same thing.

I'm sure some people come onto the site and leave either because its not their kind of thing or they fail in their attempt.

I've wondered if its "acceptable" to PM people that haven't posted since the early days to ask if they are still stopped but am concerned that I would come accross as a bit of a stalker:eek:

alot of what you all sed makes sense specially about those who quit together stay together sort of thing, i always seem to get a reply from philip ross but not in a few days so let us know who ya gettin on philip if u read this. he quit a day b4 me. and i try to offer advice on the newbies but im still a newbie myself really but i have noticed its the same people that reply to me alot of the time.
