Well its been a week know, yesterday and today was very tough when does it start to get easier. i actually went to shop yesterday n brought some fags, i never smoked any thou althou my mate did who is also quitting was guna throw the fags BUT THE SMELL OF THEM MAKES ME HEAVE so may keep them just to remind me how awful they smell!!!
