well im doing ok not had any NRT not killed anyone yet lol im like i was on the first day but i am my first day of been nicotine free got a inhalator just incase i get extremely stressed but im planning not to use it, just like the idea of summat there just incase. ive been advised not to go cold turkey but stuff it if i can i will.

thanx people had to have 2 puffs on my inhalator better then havin a fag thou almost did a day without micotine day 5 tomoz eh im really plzd with myself
