Just starting Day 10

Firstly where is Jimi and Dave?!!!

Well I am ten minutes into day 10... been to the pub tonight for well needed drink.... got some bad news today and had a really sh*t couple of days but I havent smoked and have not particulary wanted to, I know that it is not going to change anything or make it better, if anything it will make it worse..... Did anyone else suffer from a real tight chest? Is this where all the bad stuff is shifting?! x
