I have managed to do 24 Hours without a cigarette which is something that I never thought I could do. It is easier when you are busy though! Here goes day two!!

Morning

It is now 8am and I have not had a fag. This time yesterday I was feeling very unwell but this morning it is not half as bad. Im gonna make it through day two and then all the others one by one...

You may find some days more or less difficult than others, but you already have a day under your belt, very well done to you!

Stay strong Marie, smoking as you so rightly say will not help the situation, just take it one hour at a time. Try and do something different to take you mind off smoking - go for a walk maybe

I am back and infact all I bought was a large box of chewing gum! Despite the fact that I had the money for more! I didnt do it... just had fun with the littlen... And feel much better now.
