we are now into day 8 feeling much more calmer now,

had a busy day with church and then visiting relations.

Thumper has got roped into carring the church banner in wakling day next sunday,

little un and myself will be walking with the girl guides.

little un carried standerd in church today she was made up. i felt ever so proud of her.

Thank you everyone for your help with this troubled quit.

this time i feel, i am missing it more than any of my other quits.

From waking up in the morning i want a cig, then in the day i aint to bad, but later on i start wanting one, when i am relaxing.

but i am not goning to give in to it.

This time seams like my worst quit for cravings.
