I hadn't had any NRT for around 40 hours before my 'blip', then had 4 puffs on a rolly, and had no NRT since. I'm doin it without the NRT this time. I never wanted to go on it in the first place, but the nurse wasn't interested in giving me any more options.
And, I feel canny confident now. I've done the (for me) obligatory try it once, and hated it. I feel absolutely no withdrawl symptoms (and I'm not going to), and I'm feeling good.
