Good job Alan. It'll all be over before you know it.

Re cigs: Even if you wanted a fag there is nothing it can do for you. I'm told not smoking really helps for the wound site to heal.

So well done remaining smoke free :)

GOOD LUCK ALAN

Will be thinking of you tomorrow afternoon - know EXACTLY how you feel - had one out not

long ago and I was terrified:o

But you are strong, you've got the nicotine licked, what's a dentist???

A cigarette won't make the dentist any better, but may well make your teeth worse!!:p

They keep telling me that's why mine are falling out!?!?:( (ok so I'm old too but not that old!!)

loads of luck, you'll be fine...
