Day 18

Morning all,

How's everyone on this gorgeous morning? congrats to all who has come this far keep the work up everyone.

Hmmmm,can't believe i'm on day 18,still on the mints,still on the will power,but golly gosh,me has so wanted to have a crafty smoke,thnking that will sort me out for a good night sleep,(oh boy i long for a good nights sleep)or not to be ratty with someone who crosses my path way, (so unlike me!) i have been so stubborn and petty in last few days its unbelivable,even had a minor disagreement with me other half...(plez how long does this last for...)and the fidgets well i think i've beaten my 10 year old on this one! still can't keep still,but on a nicer note,i can finally taste food and smell....wine taste fantastic,only 2 glasses at present..able to keep up with my sprogs now when out....no more coughing...yipeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!

Anyway,i hope you are all well...enjoy this lovely day..

Hi Shorts. Well done. I'm into month 3 and still on the mints. Methinks I have swapped one habit for another here (Sheepish grin). (See pic below)

Still better to suck mints that smoke, eh! The rattiness I have found does diminish as you go on. Isn't it nice though to be able to keep up with kids and not get out of breath!!!

Wow!!! i've finally found someone who is on the mints too(bit of a concern though,regarding pix,hmmmm wonder if i shall turn out like that too?)...lol...oh scrummy yummy...i know what you mean,one habit goes and found a new habit,but at least it aint a nasty stinky expensive one..lol...

Oh it's just fantastic to finally beable to keep up with the sprog's...such alovely day today i joined my 10 year old on the trampoline...now that did puff me out!!!...but going out with sprog's dogs and partner i can keep up finally...my short legs can finally keep up with em all and no more huffs and puffs and splutering wheezing...lol...i finally did it!!!
