And i'm moving onto step 2 on my patches.

Not craving so much anymore, finding it relatively easy! xx

Shows something is working!! Patches i feel get a raw deal, its nice to hear about someone doing well with this form of NRT.

Are the 14mg patches smaller than the 21mg? if so that must be a bonus not having such a huge plaster on your arm anymore!!
