a small confession, went out on the vodka & red bull yesterday, 1 of the group smoked and...... well just because it was there and because i could i had a drag.....1st if was great, then it didnt taste soo good then it just tasted bloody awful! so i am happy that i done it coz it just reinforced the fact that i dont want to smoke anymore and now i not only dont like the smell i dont like the taste either.
This is not an encouragement to others

Keep at it hun, i know with me it took 2 mishaps before i realised i really didnt want to smoke anymore. You have done brilliant just keep with it 
like i say a drunken exercise - for me it worked i dont even like the taste anymore - now that is progress :cool:

had to go see no smoking nursey person - very pleased not even a slapped wrist for puff 
AND contrary to my expectations have only put on 2kg (4.4lb to us oldies) yay - however wish it wasnt all on my waist oh and that extra bit on my knees too most unflattering :mad:
