Evening All.

how was your day. so far. so good. not wanted to smoke and got no craving.

its does get better as the days go on, dont give-up giving-up. as i was told.

we are all working for the same thing. and that is to become a non smoker.

i found it really hard from day 1. up to day 6. but now feel so much better,

i know you can all do this, let me know how you are geting on please...

I am doing fine today, haven't wanted to punch anyone at all, and haven't uttered a single sweary word all day (the evening is young I suppose!) :rolleyes:

I just want to add that having this forum is really helping me with my quit, and I think you guys and gals are all brilliant!

LOL NO 'sweary' word all day eh? Thats some good going! Not that I'm suggesting you ever swore alot in the first place...arghh!

As for your team mates, I think you may have scared them off with your sweary words? Not today of course

we are All here to help one another in what ever way we can. im useing 2mg

mint niquitin Lozenge. after smoking 35+ A Day. i did.nt think i could do this.

now i dont want to smoke. if you got will-power. then you can do it.

the craving do get a lot better as the days go on....

and i wish you the very best with giving-up for good
