hi guys sorry not been on much , but very busy at work.

how is everyone doing.

still on my patches 14mg still getting cravings and being a moody cow.

but i'm still here:D.

has anyone tried the herbal cigs from health shops,

wondering if to get a pkt of them there is no nasty nic in them

what do you think?

The herbal fags are gross, couldn't smoke a whole one! They do take away the urge for nicotine, but imo just prolong the habit of puting something in your mouth and lighting it.

No harm in trying though

They sure do stink! I lit one once whilst I was at some bowling alley. I got pulled over by management 'cos they thought I was smoking some 'nortie' stuff! Had a job convincing them I didn't! Try them if you like Lynttrl, but they smell like nothing you have ever smelled before! urghhh *holds nose*
