Yep, day 10 and all is well.

Even went out for a drink with the lads this evening and not smoking didn't even phase me, in fact the only time i thought about the subject of smoking was when one of my mate came back inside after having a fag. All i could think was, my god did i use to stink of fags that bad after i'd had one

Anyway, hats off to you Alan, if i supported Charlton Athletic I think i'd be back on 20/30 a day ;)

I have been quit for 1 Week, 2 Days, 4 minutes and 25 seconds (9 days). I have saved £37.13 by not smoking 270 cigarettes. I have saved 22 hours and 30 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 12/03/2008 00:00

YEAH we're in double figures. Its such a good feeling and can only help to keep us strong in those moments of weakness.

I had a drink last night but I was in the house, to be honest with ya having a fag didn't really come to mind.

I'll be going to the pub this weekend, but i'll be with my b/f who doesn't smoke so that'll make things a lot easier.

So everyone have a great day 10, enjoy the bank holiday weekend and don't eat too many easter eggs(i've eaten mine already:eek:)
