Forgot we've moved house today week 2 !!

1 week over and feeling great. Just going into a garage to get petrol and walking our knowing that i haven't just spend nearly £6 on nasty nic is brilliant

Can't believe i've saved over £30 already !!

I think one of the most important things is to stay positive. Work has been a nightmare over the last couple of days and there have been times when i've thought i could murder a fag, but then you think to yourself the problem is still going to be there with or without having a fag, the problem isn't suddenly going to disappear.

Hi all

week 2 today then.

Don`t really know how i feel today, sort of nothing, can`t explain.

I went and had my carbon monoxide level done yesterday and it was 3.
