tonight is going well so far. not once have i been thinking about smoking. and

got no craving also, feel really good for some reason... but i know it early

days yet, so am taking one day as it come. hope we are all doing well,

keep-it-up-team....... as Bob the Builder said ? can you do it... yes we can...

Terrible night for me

I had a horrible night last night. It started when I picked my daughter up from brownies driving past the shop. The next thing this thought popped in just stop and buy 10 no one will know.

All night I then had a constant battle. AHHHHHHHH

But im pleased to announce I did not cave and although no stronger maybe just a little wiser. (hopefully)

Anyway YIPPEE, we're on the move to week 2. So lets all get decorating that room and make it a brighter place

1 week over and feeling great. Just going into a garage to get petrol and walking our knowing that i haven't just spend nearly £6 on nasty nic is brilliant

Can't believe i've saved over £30 already !!

I think one of the most important things is to stay positive. Work has been a nightmare over the last couple of days and there have been times when i've thought i could murder a fag, but then you think to yourself the problem is still going to be there with or without having a fag, the problem isn't suddenly going to disappear.
