argggghhhh

Just started week 3 and have been gagging for a ciggie since i woke up :(

Am feeling really really irritable today too, funny isn't it how you can have days where all's fine then it just hits you again "BAM". keep wondering if i'll ever be free of thinking of fags

I have been quit for 2 Weeks, 19 hours, 1 minute and 23 seconds (14 days). I have saved £168.63 by not smoking 739 cigarettes. I have saved 2 Days, 13 hours and 35 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 03/03/2008 20:30

Interesting, I was just posting in the Days 4-7 section about reading posts where people are "gagging for a ciggie" and you post exactly that :D And I was saying that it does get better, after about a month, I don't think I've had any of those feelings. I'm not saying I don't fancy a cigarette 20 times a day, but they are just that, fancies, and easily dismissed. I can honestly say I haven't felt the desperate need for a cigarette in the last 6 weeks or so.

Stay strong, it does get easier.
