day 7. not smoking

Hi All,

day 7 and still a non smoker. been a good day.. had people smoking around

me this morning and did not want to smoke. must be geting a bit easyer for

me i hope.. going out on saturday night as a non smoker. bit nervous

because few do smoke, but i know your all there for me and i will not let you

down. will let you know how i get on....

feeling really good in myself so far.. hope its last.. keep the good work up

You have done really well!

I had a few on Friday night but i hated myself (and the smell) the next morning. I have also noticed that when a smoker uses the loo the air smells of fag ash.
