Awww Don't feel bad for 'failing', although, I don't see it as failing as such... you haven't given up have you? You've just had a weak moment and gawd knows we all get those. I am absolutely AMAZED I have not slipped on my quit yet, trust me!
Anyways, as for being in the team...course you're still in the team! Have you checked out our latest project?

heya Kim... congratulations for getting right back here! Don't think of the ciggies as a hiccup, or a mistake, or that you lost hope in your quit... think of them as a learning experience. Since you had them, and you are now back here, it seems to me that they didn't do what they were supposed to do for you... which is a good thing... and that also is helping my resolve to stay quit!I really hope that you can stay strong this time! Behind you 100% no matter what! Proud of you for coming right back on track!

Its amazing how crap my breathing and chest feels, and my skin feels manky too, after just 3 short days of smoking.
Seriously, its disgusting. It tasted foul. and I stank, it was horrible.
You know, you're about the third or fourth person to say that this week Kim. I have read a few other stories of other quitters who lapsed and came back on to say how disgusting it was. It kinda strengthened their resolve. Now, I can't help thinking, since I am positively gagging for a fag sometimes, that maybe it is best to just have a few and find out for myself how disgusting it really is after being off them...you think???? Ooh but I don't knowwww! To undo the last two weeks arrghhh But maybe I will stop missing 'em so damn bad!

Maddy, Maddy Maddy ! And im being serious here *serious face* this is becoming a regular theme of yours! Its like your lookng for any excuse to get back on the smokes and your trying to convince yourself that its for the good of the cause!!!

no smokes for maddy.... last year i thought "one puff won't hurt"... and i smoked a pack a day for another year until I quit march first this year... not worth it! "puts dan's serious face on"

last time you quit for a long long time... how did you go back to smoking?
I know... you had a smoke... seems to me it'd be very hard to go back to smoking if you just never have that smoke
