hey all,

thank you for the welcome,well to reply to your questions,hmmmmm yea i'm doing ok,had a few moments through out each day wanting to have a smoke,but over come it by doing something (never seen the house so clean and tidy!) or reading all the messages,on here its the evenings i have probs with,but my sprogs sort me out and supply me with heaps loads of mints,loads of cuddles etc,does anyone get all fidgety? cuz i am,cant keep still for long was embarrassing at the weekend,my partner took me to the theatre and i did so well till the near end when i became really restless.Not using anything except will power and mints oh and the keeping busy mode....hope you are all keeping good..
