Team D-day 1 Week.

Hi Guys

1 week today and we move to a new room 2morrow.

Just wondering how many are still here on day 7.

I feel quite good today, although i do have some hard times and compensate by eating sweets (i so gotta get out of that habit:D)but at least i`m not smoking.

Going to have my carbon monoxide level done today.

On the 1st day it was 17.That can be a real boost if it`s come down.

Yep im still here, your carbon monoxide level will be right down it leaves your body after 48 hours.
