Hi team D-day members,
another day over soon. then we start day 7. i dont know about everyone. but
for some reason the craving not too bad now. the longer we go. the better it
get. i know some has gave-in but that how it go. its not easy giving-up
something we been doing for years. i been smoking when i was 14 years old.
now im soon be 45 in april. i found it hard when i first gave-up on 12th march
08. but now it feel good being a non smoker. so if you have smoke,
start again tomorrow and give-up. take one day at a time. we will be waiting
for you if you need help. someone will alway be on... best of luck to all...
