Hello Sian. Im still here. Been a bit busy over the weekend and have to fight for P.C. once kids and hubby home ha ha! but still going strong mate. Pubs and Nicotine...? No problem, he he!. We doing fantastic now, Week one , DONE AND DUSTED, Woooopie! xxx

Only seen you and Jimbo on here today, But i havent been on much. Getting nudged off right now, Hubby wants to be on to do tonights pub quiz. He wont do it before for fear I cheat, and take a look while hes at work. Now would I?. Im so dam clever I know everything anyway. Ha ha ha!. But I am good at quitting fags........I think! :confused: xxx

Hi all, I'm still here too and just entered into day 8. Absolutely chuffed to bits to have a whole week behind us. I figure from now on it can only get easier. I've got a lovely jar sat proudly in the living room with a nice total, so far, of £40 saved. Gonna have hell of a blowout on holiday this year and no having to lug duty frees through the airport. Woo hoo. and so begins week 2 - bring it on!!!!!

awh congrats lambchop! well done and the jar is a good idea. unfortunately i wouldnt have the will power not to dip in and out of it! im rubbish at saving! just think of how much better you'll feel on your hols knowing that its all paid for by money previously woulda spent on minging fags! go you

I am still here but only on day 3, had a bit of blip with the cold turkey method, and positive thinking, and had to go and buy patches on Saturday. Also going to the NHS support group on 2/4/08, but they recommend smoking until you see them, hopefully will be over the worst and can get my patches cheaper.

Just wondering for any of the team that are using patches do you sleep with them on, I have done two nights without it on, but felt crap this morning, and had massive urges, so just had to hurry up and get out of the house for work.

I have ordered my self a phone on contract as a treat!
