only had few craving this morning about 7.30am, in work. but now feel really

really good. dont want to smoke. and not thinking of smoking. day 6 now,

hope team is going well. day 7 is only few hours away. we can make it...

Ive got a confession to make, everytime the kids are naughty, I tell them im gonna buy fags (ive got no intention of doing so), but for some reason they believe me lol...... how long do you think until they realise
